For the front yard, we used a $2,000 rebate from the State of California. The rebate had restrictions for types of plants/trees used, irrigation system and a deadline. Krista worked with these restrictions without complaint, and finished before the deadline.
Krista gave us the tools to keep the yards beautiful with the irrigation system. Krista ensured we understood how the irrigation stations were scheduled to run, the duration of time for each station and the days each station ran. Krista provided a template for documenting the schedule, which she filled-out first and showed us how to update when we changed the irrigation schedule.
Our front yard turned out so beautiful and easy to maintain, that we asked Krista to re-create our backyard.
